Fall 2018 Training Schedule
I am excited to announce our Fall 2018 Training Schedule and the launch of a couple of new classes. As always we will offer our athlete programs for both high school and middle school athletes as well as private coaching for adults and individual athletes.
1) In-Season Strength Training:This class is designed for athletes who understand that it is important to maintain (and hopefully increase) their strength through the season. It is vital to be strong in weeks 8, 9, and 10 of the season and this program will allow you to do just that. We don’t do anything that will put excess fatigue on the body and we put a large emphasis on being fresh for game day. This group trains on Monday and Wednesday at 7PM.
2) Adult Small Group:This program will start on August 20th and is designed for adults looking to level up their performance while training as an athlete. This is NOT a weight loss class, however, you will drop body fat and improve your physique. This class trains on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8AM.
