Athlete Training Groups 

  • High School Athletes Small Group

    • Monday – Thursday 
      • 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM
    • Monday – Friday (athletes may leave early to get to school on time)
      • 5:45 AM 
    • Saturday
      • 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM
  • The RISE: Middle School Athletes

    • Monday – Thursday 
      • 5:00 PM
    • Saturday 
      • 9:00 AM 

Adult Small Group Training 

    • Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday
      • 8:00 AM
